Hey It's Me!
I go by Amber Rae and have been creating adorably nerdy digital art for the last 20 years. I founded Ambrosia Rae Designs as a way to share my art with the world, and hopefully, make it a brighter place. Sharing smiles through my art has been something that has brought me immense joy. This world could use a little more love and happiness. What better way to do that than by creating art that can't help but make you smile just by looking at it. I hope you find something that brings you joy today.
My Story
I have been drawing since I was three and never stopped. When asked what I wanted to do for a living I wasn't quite sure, but I did know I didn't see myself doing something that didn't involve drawing. Being an artist was in my blood and I wasn't ready to give it up for some boring day job.
Art was always cathartic for me. It was a way for me to express all of my emotions, good and bad, onto the page and release them from within myself. It was something I looked at as private, a joy that only I understood.
But as I grew I came to realize this wasn't true. More and more I learned that the art I was making was also bringing joy to those who saw it. Especially, after attending my first convention I realized that my art wasn't something to hide from the world, but to share it instead.
I founded Ambrosia Rae Designs in 2009 after I graduated college. Over the years I have transformed my business many times in an effort to truly capture all the things I love to create. I hope that today's version of ARD has something that brings you joy and smiles, as my art means nothing if it doesn't spread a little happiness along the way.
