I started Ambrosia Rae Designs in 2008 after I graduated college as a way to share my artwork with the world. I believe in bringing smiles and spreading joy. There's no better way to do that than to start a website!
I have been drawing since the age of three. Art has really become a huge part of my identity and I couldn't be happier. I remember getting in trouble for doodling in the margins of my notebooks and drawing all over the lined paper meant for school. Art is something that has always been a constant for me.
I love creating, designing, animating, and figuring out how to make the most adorable products. In 2014, I tried to imagine the cutest thing I could think of and modeled it out of polymer clay. That's when Chibi Charm collectible figurines were born! And I'm not lying when I say they are as fun to make as they are to look at! To me, art means nothing if I can't share it with the world, so creating products that I can put into the hands of others that brighten their day is the ultimate joy.
I'm a bit of a perfectionist and am always working hard to improve my work. To me, there's no such thing as 'the best I'll ever be'. I can always be better than I am today. I am constantly working on improving my art and learn new things and techniques. I enjoy producing a variety of styles and change things up depending on what creation I want to make.
With that attitude in mind I have never given up on my main focuses. Creating beautiful art that I love and pursuing my dreams of animation.
