All products in the ARD store are handmade and therefore there will be minor variations from product to product. Maintaining consistency is our goal but handmade items have handmade nuances. Just remember this means that your product is a one of a kind piece made with love and care.

Mason Jar Mugs

Care Instructions:

Gently hand wash and drip dry. Do not soak or submerge design.

Exposure to high heat (such as a dishwasher) will cause design to peel and is not recommended.

Shipping:

Jars listed in the online store are in stock and will ship within 3 business days of purchase. An additional 2 business days may be needed for any customized options.

Shipping:

Mug designs and customizations are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for mug orders to ship after purchase.

Care Instructions:

Wash cold and line dry. 

Prolonged exposure to heat drying will cause design to peel and is not recommended in order to extend the life of your shirts.

Shipping:

Shirts designs are made to order and ship in approximately 7-10 days after purchase.

Chibi Charm

Care Instructions:

Chibi's main body's are durable, but protruding pieces may be susceptible to damage. It is not recommended to handle items roughly.

Charms listed in the ARD store are in stock and will ship within 3 business days of purchase.

Apparel & Sizing

Shirts are 100% cotton or a 90/10 cotton poly blend. Some shirt colors run thinner than others and may be slightly see through. Shirts run true to size so be sure to reference the apparel sizing charts under Product Info on every item.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive your product and it is damaged or not the item you requested, please contact ARD within 7 business days with a detailed description and photo documentation of the problem. Depending on the issue you may be eligible for a replacement item or refund.

ARD is not responsible for any damages that occur from normal wear and tear or use of the product. Replacements and refunds will not be given for any products that have been damaged by customer use or apparel items that appear to have been worn.

 

It is the customers responsibility to check all apparel size orders prior to purchase. Returns and refunds will not be given for any apparel orders that do not fit in the size requested. A sizing chart is available on all apparel products.

Please note that some products use base materials that are acquired from other companies. These base materials may have some slight imperfections. ARD will not refund or replace any items due to these manufacturer imperfections.
